1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all use of this website and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our artworks, prints, and goods as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screens and printing processes, colors may appear slightly different. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or card processors). We are not responsible for delays, errors, or charges imposed by these providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped worldwide using DHL Express. Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, courier disruptions, or force majeure events. We are not liable for such delays but will do our best to keep you informed.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Customers must review this policy before purchase. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property

-All artworks and archival prints are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Such works remain the intellectual property of the respective artist and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

-All CATSELLI designed items offered in the shop, including but not limited to the Little Black Book, branded apparel, and accessories, are the intellectual property of CATSELLI. Ownership of a physical product does not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit the work.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
